Creating Paths Using Truth Tables

Depending on the equation you are working with - this algebraic style of interpretation can be formatted for binary to construct the wiring diagram within a logic circuit demonstration to appease the original equation visually. 

The truth tables purpose rely on WHAT will work in the diagram by indicating its "HIGH" or "1" position and what that binary is.

The binary truth table reveals the wiring diagram (which is a whole other task of finding the AND and NOT to inverse its C value) in an output which is found in the AB + C(inversed) section above. Every "1" that is categorized, indicates that it will work if you reference your inputs to be activated reading left to right. 

If you are in a software programming environment and cannot picture the logic behind some of the theorems, rules that isn't fully compatible with what has been drilled into you in your education journey of what is correct in algebra and basic mathematics - it pays off once you finally reach this point of understanding. The feeling is like living a lie. 

The madness behind logic with binary mathematical designs such as this require the basic components to reach a certain point and then prove itself afterwards by following these schemas to the very end. It is highly encouraged to participate in a Digital Logic course (multiple types if you can) and let the task of completion excite you at your own pace (finally - if you struggled thus far with living a lie)

This is a basic binary example of the engineering that coordinates with the software programming that enables the machine to function wonderfully with what we need. The diagram does come with its own software, almost similar to Visual Studio would perform - but definitely necessary to have a background in electronics. 

It does prove usefulness if you are wanting to work with networking, needing to install hardware, and working with the basic functions of binary and programming languages to clean every bone within the system possible (depending your paygrade and title). I have some experience working with something like this, installing slot machines and running into technical difficulties with the rewards program with clients that want to use points and get free money to play with. This could prove useful in that field but now that the hardware has improved so much since then - I have to keep learning. 

Machine Compiler Languages


One thing I noticed doing this - is ASCII being used to connect machine wiring with decision making and the ASCII interpretation of its glossary components (to speak English as well). I believe that machines need compilers to read the language but I do not understand how we need to read its language yet. 
What I mean is, the compiler is being worked double into what is being done - it also limits its alphabet system. The hexadecimal, decimal, binary plus ASCII are working to coordinate the same alphabet, the same numbers, and not changing or reserving binary to machine language only. There could be another language, but it cuts down on the compiler time to translate instruction. That would be another portal to include, which can cause errors. 

As I work with NABM and earning the Software Developer degree with NWTC - I am enthralled about so many things I did not know before in my occupation and feel delighted to know more about the why. What I want binary to be used for, in a machine compiler, is to place its own location, as a self, and be able to translate compiled languages based on the operation of its inputs. 

This reserves the right to human intelligence and artificial intelligence by maintaining its own language and being able to reference its binary components as a dimensional shape it maintains by operator in logic that can be written for it based on type of function. 
This means, the machine could hold memory of operator as a source by placing a binary ability to a specified location - this is particularly because NABM is a spatial/temporal recognizer using only binary. The binary language used, operators need their own domain, to formulate results that provide the capability of how an object is moving through the binary process. How the object is growing (or collecting ability to do something logically and reasonably). 

It is truly putting value to objects and requiring them to gain their ability to have that keyword strength/key factor to do what it is asking. 

Most programming I have seen, create the keyword in a library but do not mention where it is coming from. It is developed and stored and wired with binary, as we know now, and classified to be used. That is fine for input but when Artificial Intelligence grasps onto some unknown future where it creates its own tools, language, etc. PLUS the hackers that maintain key passwords to create these keywords -- this is predicted to be controlled using binary as a security measure with NABM in the future. Goal setting as a I learn to be a Software Developer!

Obviously, NABM is still in development, I do not know when that will be complete - but I am recruiting for it, there is an online peer-review open with basic principles - and after 2024 is planned on publishing a curriculum book to elaborate work thus far. It is my life's work. I am excited, regardless of personal struggles and loneliness waves of missing out on certain parts of life - this is why it will be worth it!

Signal Pollution & Job Market Demands

In a recent article for Alaska Native leaders calling for action in the Missing & Murdered Indigenous concerns, technological database designed for identifying them in state issued searches during regular traffic stops, reports, or other daily routine checks was brought up as a concern since it is not enforced to report Missing Indigenous in those routine checks. The database designed with American Missing People has been brought into the scene as a factor for recovering missing loved ones in the Native American population. 
One of the topics were speaking on behalf of services available to them in the form of technology and internet services. They do not have access to certain services, outside of a possible satellite service, that could be made readily available and for hire in their security to provide those amenities required at this time. Reports of missing and murdered Indigenous is on the rise on the West coast as reported where the tragedy was awe stricken in history. Small changes and opportunistic settlements went unheard as squatters, land purchase deals, and other governmental powers began to plot future land stakeholder certificates. These conditions are not talked about, as most Native Americans in those areas do not know the comparison of the entire Country. In most cases, just like their faith-based system, they are a true local resource that have isolated to one regional location. The expansion of their people, language, commerce, and resources have been funded through self-sustenance provisions that have accommodated lifestyles up until now. The boom of road development, business, USD exchange from state to state in regard to personal property purchases, and societal improvements have been a type of luxury that was unappealing for most. 
In the initial encounters of colonialism, the Indian Student has since developed a modern psychological value system in exchange for conversation. The main focus questioned the idolization of monetary gain and materialistic value systems that push towards an excellence that American Christians believed in. This value system of morality and character is not an instilled teaching of the People and thus, generational encounters have proven that the fight for remaining strong in tradition, must change. 

This does not imply to take on those other American value systems, it means, to know all of the parameters in with what they are dealing with to secure their own futures. The type of leadership we need must adhere to social change and the impact it is making on Indigenous. How are they susceptible to predatory attacks on sovereign territories when the task of securing more than identity and culture are at risk? They must put down their history of lineage to surmount the expectations of a future in the line of upholding environmental dilemmas by requesting, researching, and revising the signal pollutions, internet virtual realities, resource damage in pollutions through its hardware, and how to recycle it. It may be within their pace to control a different curriculum that is unaccounted for in America, in the World, and that different curriculum is the Indigenous stance on technology. 
Signal Pollution

Old ways and new times - we are all affected! Signal Pollution is one of the main concerns in regard to reality and virtual reality impacts that culture shapes with repetitive seasonal teachings. Continue to groom under the guise of technological remakes and anticipate corrections during behavioral errors.

What can be done is enforce laws to maintain signal pollution to stop the expansion of the wrong citizen in their state boundaries. Reinforcing the lifestyle until it can be safely introduced by standards of scientific & mathematical proof. The world, currently, may not know what it is supposed to look like today. The absence of wildlife is tragically increasing, less is being recovered, and it is rare to find a natural cause. These are dangerous inclusions to the balance that is fragile enough to completely end its course of appearance - which dramatically alters the natural reality and the virtual realities made after!

There are studies being done in other countries that introduce the sub-psyche effects of technological dreams and their attraction by signal pollutions. Signal pollution emitters that fly over the Ocean, are currently, unable to detect their strength. I suspect beaching of whales and other previous marine life as evidence when unaccounted for cause. Something that goes unreported. Something that has no long-term study unless a naturalist is involved to recollect its environment. Something that has a short history of existence within the past 20 years being evident to report. 

Culture Shock
Continue to develop at your own pace. There is no rush. Make sure everything you leave can withstand by integrating an environmental question of how that was discovered. Recreate and develop based on your own discoveries to ensure progressive steps in your culture as a natural pusher to include with their natural attempts. 


We have to study, research, compare and try something that is going to be databased for preservation to be effective!

Many people did not think to do this, twenty some years ago, when we started to see advancements happen and got distracted with the luxury of its improvement. What damage was being done that we did not notice? Keeping us more indoors and comfortable with personal amenities - we missed out on a lot of change!
Not much could be reported at the time but now that there are limited butterfly species, migration groundings, and an increase in hybrid insect kinds that are starting to rise - it is indicating a signal reaction for pollution to be monitored. This is very useful to the other nations of the US and the USA itself for recovering health issues in a long-term projection. 

With Missing & Murdered Indigenous campaigns going on everywhere, with low reaction times with response and assistance, it means that we have a new predator on the lands. Do not hesitate to defend yourself by first researching other nations that have experienced bizarre changes in their environment, signals, reality reports in behavior (decisions they normally would not have made, poor reactions, and questionable moments of inner thinking) and seek your adaptation skills to improve first, yourself. 

The next thing, would be to groom technological learners for your area. They need to have waves within each grade or class to reinforce the teaching system and expect the first waves to fail. The language barriers of history with boarding schools and English are example of this reaction. The Indian Student has not changed much and shouldn't. There are other options, but it does take time. 

With change, leadership has to have an action plan, I would suggest remaining open to have researchers on payroll to investigate other area school systems, engineering, environmental studies, political interest, everything that America is doing. These are occupational roles that should be filled to inform, improve, and update the people to have General Council meetings about. It is not always about taking money to fund a grant that an outside interest could be paid for. It is about researching where it comes from, what the effects are - morally, sustainably, and for the betterment of the people in the future of declaring a milestone. 

Conclusion

Every new development that I see as an advantage, I contact a tribal leader in politics or culture, depending on whom it would improve. Make sure your members, affiliations, and outside people are still included with decision making and improvement. The urban indigenous are the most affected concerns with American public. They are not lost. Keep an anonymous forum, a no direct contact message board system to inform, and acquire direct contact with upmost security in diverse exchanges to remain at safe distances. This is also something most believe is not necessary in 2023. A freed religious country. (I say that because it goes unchecked as to what can be 'believed' in.)

It is going to be a difficult thing to see Native Americans in the future if they don't take preventative measures and improvement steps now to secure it. 

Need less from them by keeping reality an occupational role within every discipline in America.

SCIRP Journal Review - Signals In The Atlantic Ocean

REVIEW conducted February 2023:

Searching for valid journals to form submission articles to validate an experience with online communities and service to improve educational subjects for another critique or opinion is the objective. 
What I find interestingly close are articles that pertain to the advancement of Programming and where it is being used. The software in these studies, improved (I believe) after the initial antenna, but for this article with Spaceborne receivers that use Python, I discuss the review and its ecological impact for direct contact with mammals and wildlife species altogether. 

I had previously read on the same website (different article) on the signal reactions for triangular methods used along with the type of signal (G3 Towers that have since been replaced with G5 Telecommunication Towers, FCC antenna registration.)

For the Programming of these signals, these items were unlisted for the study of its original tests: 

1. Reaction to surface in movement (tests were conducted over the Atlantic Ocean and considered the reflection of water but not the movement of it, as stated within this article).

2. Compensation Programming (this may have been an early model of Python since it did describe older technology in the article. I wanted to emphasize the techniques that did not wield the null space in its computations where the movement of water could not be recorded data). 

3. Delay/Change in return (The signal reached reflection, water surface and returned at this contact. It does not state specifically upon direct touch or an in-depth measurement. It appears to have unresolved calculations. This is very important for the ecological factor in evidential observations to act on). 

4. Measurement for signal value and its return value (They did not specify much detail about the Python Programming language, and what values were assigned in these tests to determine a change detected or how to correct the reflective rate of signals and its effects). 

5. Measure two components on linear so that it can answer these basic questions:
   
  • (Base (from the spaceborne receiver)) out to in (reflection or water surface).

  •    
  • in to out 

  •    
  • in to in (what was the reaction within this region that could have been studied within an enclosed space before outdoor contact to register any harms, detection, and ripple effects from the signal strength). 

  •    
  • is there an out - spectrum change? The article did determine the ionosphere that it was conducting these tests from, were listed as environmental features for the spatial coordination of signal strength being used. Was this signal an array of sorts that could be controlled?

  • Notes Under Review:

    Signal polluters identified were the Atlantic Ocean and the ionosphere, within this range. 
    Some interesting findings in the equations they used did not attest to the type of waves that they were measuring, other than the height of them. 
    I would have liked to see something that coordinated with their null and pivotal change in reading for direct and reflected signals. I calculated that to interpret two forms of media structures being measured:

    1. A receding wave that is pulling upwards into a pivotal crest. (Reverse Pivot)
    2. A Filling motion that swells within this agreeable cavity location. (Over-Under)

    The zero they reference within these equations represented a change (twist) of event that defined a divergence indicator - which did not mention it apart from each other, but together. 

    There is a scintillating reading from the Ocean recalls, this is referred to as a Scattering Theory - which arrives to the signal emitted in the time of observation to find these direct initiatives to make contact with the Ocean. 
    If the timing of these signals could be within the Direct range of a point of origin in the waves, readily available to range within the area of a surface (since it is determined to not be too dramatically specific in the exact location of when it hits the Ocean to be measured, so long as the distance from the point of origin was able to calculate an average or expected average). This could be changed to the time of signal emitted that is measured for an accurate reading during a time of a Reverse Pivotal moment in the wave of the Ocean. 
    Similar to that as a surfer can arrive to, timing the lapse in waves and pinpointing its desired location for those direct signals to read sharply and continuously. 

    The measurements they use to project are unrealistic. A direct signal is all that is necessary for this specific signal directing in a successful measurement. The projected rate is safe to say, in Oceanic measurements and height - it is determined by inclement weather as observed in the pilot seat to react and change measurements to something more dire and urgent in those scenarios. 

    The signal from the antenna that are used (two, specifically a low emitting radar and an encompassing signal) that determine the lateral, longitudinal, and azimuth calculations. These were as expected but what puzzled me, was the actual data itself - since they are using a media such as water, does this not refract? In signal? If not, then why is it being suggested in a weak state such as being recalled reading only that type of data such as light emitted. 
    A lot of the data that was presented, made it obvious that the emitted signal was outputting more than just a beacon of light to be dictated by reflection in water moving. 
    I would have liked to see the divergence in type of signal, sound beds, sound bed made, polluter or environmental factors in the equations, and the changed images on the longitudinal, horizontal, and azimuth maps. 

    Environmentally Responsible:

    This was specific to signal and Ocean for not being able to detect its recall. I actually do not believe its findings or report for data - unless they absent mindedly collected it without intention of forming a report for review. I feel like the data could be valid, but the test has to change. Objective was not clearly defined. This was a presentation of data for distributing an appeal to reveal that signals don't harm animals in the Ocean (which I very much disagree with). People have a lot to do with whale beaching's and in the mass over the years. If they are watching them from satellite and directing their beacons onto them (without sound bed insulation tactics to not directly disturb the animal's sensitivity), that could be a case to take to those that have insulated a lifestyle with their presence in the divine forms. 


    Conclusion:


    It is this lack of care and judgement towards aquatic mammals and life in general that we find plenty of living species extinction rates climb. Is it because we are watching them too closely without regard to sensitivity? Migration on land and sea has changed. Many things have changed since the invention of these signal towers and satellites. 

    NO DIRECT SIGNALS FOR OBSERVATIONS OF WILD SPECIES should permit the further investigations of these studies and data until a formidable case can provide its non-effects on aquatic species. 

    I am looking forward to more signal receiving and outputting articles from this website. So far, I have updated further on a robotic article, a form of I am familiar with, and found it about the same. This was another update; I have been loosely watching in regard to the FCC and tower shift into a G5 instead of G3. The types of polluters I notice and what upgrades are doing to the natural environment, I am keeping a close eye on you and intend to continue working towards an effective measure for future safety procedures that impact global recognition towards our ecological duties. I would very seriously like to further my investigation into direct signals and EPA for the Oceanic Review and Standard Operating Procedures upon a migrational effort to cease signal pollution.
