Java - crawling pace uphill...

An amazing follow-up or intro for C# programming: Java

Learning Java was similar to C#, with minor differences. I realize, learning this many languages in a short amount of time, feels like a slur that is sloshing alongside the campus walls of memory deficits from not attaining a decent rhythm. I would love to work on a project longer than 3 weeks and develop the proper questions. It is so difficult for me to logically and internally decide the perfect path. The process of building the connections between each step that must occur, while exception handling, and as a new set of eyes on it... I realize, I need more time studying and planning each program I write based on a personal commitment to finish my tasks.
Wow - if I could give advice here for someone struggling with completing the programs with the amount of time provided: Don't rush it, learn it, and do what you can. Regardless, it's about actually knowing the material and not taking the keywords, terminology, or the extra effort for exercises or research to clarify something being read from material. But, with time management, also at comfortable leisure to stay focus towards the task. Don't be afraid to fail, just apply yourself to gain more insight on the subject to remain familiar with it (these should also be half price for return students, Kinds've pricey).

I would actually recommend Java as a foundational language before C#, JavaScript, however - since they all intertwine with relatable concepts - your choice is as good as any other developers first pick.

I used Eclipse IDE for Java developers, SQLite, and JDBC for SQLite in my projects throughout this course. I am working to improve the IDE experience with IntelliJ IDEA and SQLite with my final project that I didn't get to completely finish and use Eclipse as a tester IDE. I am looking on different ways to keep my code functional (since I have issues with debug working properly for me) and to structure with tabular testing at minimal in mind.
I just need more practice! I haven't had time to do much extra since this past course, which I am not too confident in. As soon as you get the hang of things, it ends, and I end up moving into other skillset development which helps it being used in other courses (but its one of those things where you wish you had these skills beforehand) - simply, nothing you can do about it other than knowing self-improvement is also appreciating the time for self-glorification.

Internship - Career - Dreams

Career Planning and Career Development Titles

As an underrepresented candidate for any IT specialist position, I want to utilize all of my education and go forth the effort to enact Tsha Tewahsana (Its In The Middle) as a religious entity to accept worship services and religious doctrines to help with diversification in America models of civilization into the future agendas we see ourselves gaining foot in each day. Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. in Religious Studies or Theology with minors in IT courses that specify in binary computations and machine firmware technologies will aid that realistic dream of erecting a church in something I believe in is foundational to the future of my descendants. But not just for them to believe in, but for the world for them to exist in, as a world of study and improving upon with deliberate, willful choices made and lived.
The real reason I got into the IT industry was to pursue a small goal of building a slot machine. It grew further with enjoying the logical concepts I designed but came to a halting experience of learning another disposition to fuel the momentum to develop something new in the software development field. That meant learning and investing in it.
In my attempts, I've gained more knowledge in programming techniques, skills, knowledge, concepts, teamwork, and realize that this is not so far-fetched to do. I think spending time with an actual robot and programming it to do factorial maneuvers helped me realize that invention often oversees a mistake of physical limitation to endure. I have worked assembly lines before and know what those people go through, the pay they get, and what it means to have the job. Learning this material is a shock of how many that surrounded me did not know any of it or strived to learn it to improve their life. I want to make it accessible and understandable for them to consider it common knowledge at some point. It is shocking to think in an underrepresented community how much less of an impact we are making in the world and why population wouldn't matter on it. It's about having the representation to form an opinion of. We do not have many professionals in most fields in Native American populations as they struggle with transitioned lifestyles and cultural preservation. IT topics typically do not arise at the dinner table.
I understand what I am going to encounter in my future as an elder and preparing for it now is devastating to think what we are leaving behind in social conformity research with undergoing trauma, oppression, and guilt for blood thickener. We all have to conform at some point, that's just America. I suggest, doing it the only way I know how and reporting on it through curriculum, life learned lessons, and epiphany journaling until I can publish material that can contend with ancient philosophical correspondence to foundation.

Career Title [that does not exist]
IT development representation is minimal in Native American communities. I plan on being someone who will be able to transition Native American teachings into Computational Studies upon completion of the B.A. in Religious Studies. One goal of mine is to travel the Country and assist Native American communities with what they need with my skillsets. I know that with the MMIW campaign there are no database designs for Native Americans in some regions of America and the enacting process to keep them safe and identified has not been awarded with self-defense courses, advice on safety, and check-in location hubs for safety concerns. All of this is accessible with an app, database infrastructure, and plenty of time to monitor.
This is an over-achieving goal and extensive research is needed as one person. So, gaining the interest and teaching transitional material to provide them a great opportunity is the main priority for my career title that does not exist yet. I need help.

Internship [coming soon!]
Currently searching for one and wanting to get hired on fully. I am looking for places to settle into a bachelor's program area of interest and perusing my options. I am nervous, I lack experience, skill, and terrible at navigating tools yet. More practice and more ambition is needed. It might be recoiling effects that are causing tides of change to forecast different favors in my mind. I just want to remind anyone reading this (maybe recruiter) that I have no mentorship that I can relate to in teaching to accept some of the material as historical reference can put it together (programming language and mechanics) so nicely for others. The language barriers are minimal, it is the concepts that are unfavorable. I have to learn it the hard way since there is no mentorship to understand what my question is - I have trouble formulating what my issue is for not understanding sometimes. Which is difficult to contend with in this field but when I can identify it - everything works in its prime state.
I am a work in progress that will most likely be used as a bridge to a gap of learning style underrepresented in the IT field. Thank you for the patience ahead of time!

This is an informal post. A small explanation on my GPA, perhaps. I've never endured less than 3.0, heck, might even be less than 3.9. Studying in this program has been a challenge and it is something I want to continue pursuing in my religious studies curriculum with Native American Binary Mathematics.

2024 Holiday Season Closure

2024 Holiday Season Closure

I began reading a new book called "Teach Your Kids to Code: A parent-friendly guide to python programming" by Bryson Payne from no starch press in San Francisco, and excited to run some of the programs. I downloaded Python, but the window to run the code in goes absent. Hopefully, there's no cringing moment later on this in regard to maintaining the health of my download history.

I finished reading another book by Joe Schmit called "Silent Impact: Stories of influence through purpose, persistence, & passion" which is a local debut to me. The small town shop I purchased it in is mentioned in the book and is signed. I recall now that I just wanted to check the price but ended up buying it. Good read and motivator to continue pursuing a publishing of my own.

The last 10K I did this year was with Appleton's and Miron Company's "Fox Valley Marathon" where I did a tribute to my late mother, in regard to Cancer Research and Treatment. It was amazing and I am looking forward to next year's race already!

During this year, I received my Robotics Certificate, survived ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework and refueled my interest/ambition with C# and the .NET Framework, and best of all - I learned of a specialty to pursue as an Embedded Software Developer working with machines and environments for AI.

Hopefully you're warm, safe, and enjoying the holiday spirit!

C# Part 2: Projected Fails As a List

A self-evaluation of C# Part 2 at NWTC Fall 2024 semester. I had dreaded this course and OOP Programming in general as an expertise or specialty (which I want to commit to, by the way) due to the learning phase of it. Learning phases of something you want are confusing - you don't dread it; you are in a foundational mentality that lively hosts for how much you lack in comparison.
C# Part 2: Projected Fails
  • Teamwork tasks incomplete, incomprehensible, undirected
  • Resource gathering speed was not fast enough
  • Internal built-in feature list is null
  • Prioritizing schedule and time management

Pros : Projected Fails (Yes.. like a class. We are defining the positive outcomes with the projected fails list to offset and include how I somehow made up for it!)
  • I was able to follow a template of instructional documentation (which I also suffer with writing, instructionally, since my first class back into college from my Social Science degree in 2013. I just got done with an IT Documentation course and was following this structure. However, the details entailed within the actual programming of a game, was nothing like an agile framework. Agile framework is the coordination of team environments to collaborate effectively for that time management. The actual task you commit to is entirely different structuring in the program - paying attention to this part was being more involved. I understood what was happening up to a point and once you lose track of the even further details in those processes of planning the program, the more difficult it is to maintain your developer role.
  • Spend the extra time researching C# tools, built-in features, and other relevant articles outside of documentation to reveal new coding hacks, tricks, tips. It's worth taking a dabble in. I would often get distracted, interested, and that information was useless because I wasn't using it. Take the time to find where that will be useful and place it there for you to review and use at that time.
  • Developing the perfect questions. Before you can do this, you are resolving with solutions to put a tangible essence with the code for the program to operate as it should. This part, I shadowed my teammates as they talked through their processes. It helped me envision how they were solving a bug, logic, or invoke method crises. Don't be afraid to let the group know you are falling behind in making sense of what to do next. Don't worry too much about how to get your code to work from theirs, at this point. Do the code. Share. Then everyone can figure out how to instill your code into the project together.

Team project #1 with 4 members was tough with GitHub as a first-time user of it. My files would be unfound, too many changes without maintaining a push/pull commit flow for only making minor changes or reading code or outlining something minimal as an undone forced commit. I did ruin the project towards the end but was able to fix it though!

It was rough, I don't know how they did it. But it was a good learning experience for me. I truly enjoy learning in this program and want to continue to improve. Making notes of this now will help me recollect my future progress to recall how to help the next person in their beginning steps.
Yaw^!

Just do it.

The only way to know, is to do it!

Going into my C# Part 2 course and IT Training this term, coming from A results in my first half with ASP.NET working with MVC techniques and IT Documentation. I will be in a team environment with my C# Part 2 doing a game project with specific tasks each week. In the other course I will be doing presentations and training engagements to critique our group assemblage events as a host/presenter. All of this is relevant for learning in the Software Developer Program at NWTC.

I began reading more documentation and relying more of my comprehension and study "tone" to have the documentation perspective, rather another blog or social media article that is characterized for fun, sales pitch, or otherwise positivity in general. Another tip for what to do or what to think like when doing a study session - is important. It helps you absorb the content, remember it, and adjust to your space as that learning environment. Teaching yourself to iterate within your own context or guidelines helps bridge later updates in terminology, change in software documentation style/deliverance, or anything that you disagree with personally (you can correct this yourself to accept - bypassing the dissonance cognitive effects that may or may not happen).

Before you do it, talk to someone that has been through it (learning how to code, going into IT, building a career) and what advices they have or would change in their understanding of the material. At best, most guidance will suggest to just immerse yourself and adjust as you can. The majority of subjects that you can excel in academically is easy money but for how many others like you? Looking at the statistics, what will be needed, and the AI competitive edge for learning skills and who isn't needed in the company later provide us with what should be learned today.
I write this blog for readers who are interested, brand new, or in any point in their career can remember that there are many underrepresented minorities out there trying to understand from an entirely different mindset. I want you to know the types of questions I have about what I am learning and to maintain transparency for the pioneerism involved where in comparison to other categories is about 1% representation. We are coming from a different value system (remarkably) and teaching methods (generational adjustments). One of the ethno-study objectives I have learned with my first associates degree in social science is that the cultural exchange is not done yet. Now that we have transitioned into an American culture of technology, the intake of world philosophies templates are available and we are just beginning to study and compare with our own perspectives.

For all the Natives who ever wanted to bring purpose to cultural revitalization whom are interested in doing the interpretation in comparison, with our own scope, and without any other intention than each of their own re-learning a tone in their touch to the stars. We may not have it that way, so we have to converge as one without interfering with personal guidance in public parameters. The influence is plentiful and without the time or audacity to create the scope itself to measure up with.
Don't be afraid to be who you are and what you believe in.

Just do it. Probably the best quote for action impediment.

Writing with acrylic fingernail clicks on the keyboard...

Technical Writing 101: A Real World Guide to Planning and Writing Technical Content

3rd Edition covers Web 2.0 and DITA
by Alan S. Pringle and Sarah S. O'Keefe
Copyright 2000-2009 Scriptorium Publishing Services, Inc.

I intend to reference this for technical writing later but found some of these snippets interesting, informative, or otherwise useful knowledge. These are snippets from the above mentioned reference and within the text, it provides obsolete information or writing processes that is explained on the website from the publisher. This is such a good read (so difficult to make relatable/daily conversational vocabulary work in a technological document), I highly recommend for the budding IT enthusiast!

This last tidbit of advice has me at an advantageous point if this practice isn't configured into a programming style of doing documentation now. With placeholders, HTML, ASP.NET, and other tools for web developers, why can't this be programmed? We have the same data but need to update/maintain its integrity... can this not be planned?

Or is this a new type of IT Documentation in the future?

Note: Hence the title, there was much cut and paste action in this post!

Happiness and the Human Ecology

This is a review after reading the Green Bay Press-Gazette's headliner from the August 18, 2024 Sunday newspaper: America has a happiness problem by Natalie Eilbert from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Happiness and the Human Ecology

I had some questions arise about the data collected in the studies for enacting prompt response entrusting the common definitions we declare in happiness.

Firstly, the data, what is it based from?

Socioeconomic factors were considered along with surveys that were written as a foundation for basing the research collected by health organizations (on youth, mental issues, suicide rates) along with the Healthy Minds program at UW-Madison application used to collect data to analyze the overall healthy state of its users. Alongside local efforts, a global "Happiness Report" is conducted with International data to compare with the continuous research of the well-being of its citizens.

Secondly, the time period, was it considered?

The technology, time period, and age were big factors of this article. The age group that was determined unhappy fell within the range of teenager to middle-aged groups. Seniors were considered their happiest at the present time in comparison.
I read this and immediately gravitated to the technological gap and luxury relaxing and aiding in their lifetimes. More time, less damage to health, expense reduction, consumer promoted societal standards, and better health distributions in food, inspection, and agriculture practices overall. Their happiness definitions would include these factors.
However, the younger generations who seem to have base lined through the last couple of decades since their birth may not have felt drastic change like the previous generations. The first global catastrophe drastically altered life paths of many in their generation. If we could compare this to other global impacts, they were the least in danger and yet have suffered severe withdrawal habits that have altered their sense of reality and reaction. Not all were damaged during this time but the tremendous amount of loss (death) from Covid-19, loss of income, loss of a sense of footing in what was definitive to prosperity had changed their outlook on life after. They did not have back-up plans, they did not have savings, they did not have money for death arrangements, they did not have a plan on this alternative route. Everyone suffered a little bit and if they were not accustomed to it, felt the damage of it emotionally.

Thirdly,  what does happiness attribute best with before Covid-19 and after?

Before Covid-19, happiness was a future projection of the American dream. College, Career, Marriage, Home, Family, Retirement. This was an undisturbed foundation that we based our happiness from. If you did not have it in this order, you would not be able to attain respectable accomodations inclusive to leadership qualities. Those that continued without this order, were adept to recover from Covid-19 and coped well in my opinion. With so much time on our hands, in my community, drug issues rose very drastically. Revenue became unstable and unsupportive which threatened the resources created from it which sparked panic (later an eye-opener for present state and future states we did not know we were unprepared for that happened sooner for us to adjust). Another issue in the happiness factor was realizing our living standards had receded into larger groups and bigger family spaces to support each other in a traditional sense. It does give the insightful recoil of pressure to violate the law to remain masculine in some mentalities rather than resort to parental adobes as well.
After Covid-19, there is much repair. It has cost recovery, healing, and maintaining health to another degree for those affected by drug use. There's no change in the revenue but the time off had sped up technological advances that are cost ensuing to the gaming industry (and other online services, languages, platform performance and preferred services to integrate for security, features, new standards). Some thrived in the virtual office and work place around the world which began an exclusive competitive gain in the down-time that is being revealed to us slowly now that the offices have opened up and are regularly staffed. Happiness now is with those that overcame and persisted.

Lastly, is happiness defined within us properly?

Happiness has been a huge beneficial factor in my personal life. To ignite a passionate love and let happiness in personal endeavors flicker its colors while its created light burst achevements to continue and celebrate have helped in dissolving a relationship. To want happiness for each other and support each other's strive for it was key. It wasn't reciprocated but the idea of it was enough. Happiness is a contentful stage of civility to uppend life luxury to be a productive citizen of no concern to changing it. If we understand our place as what creates our happiness by our actions we will value it. If we understand the comparison of others we see them as taking advantage of their own opportunities. That lifts the comparison beyond a doubt into an inactive state to prolong the life of happiness.
When we measure emotions with questions and evaluate this data, the influences of our life affect our definitive responses and we are accetable to range to qualify our responses. If we could program happiness based on our technological profiles, profession, events, charitable contributions, services, programs of health, and profiles on social media - we would be more self-conscious in those decision-makings. Voila! Happy as we see fit.
The age group affected in this study require more attention to define their self (also part of the article in defining the types of happiness they were looking for - purposeful being the lack of needed in life declarations). It's the American identity that is beginning to form in the happiness studies in comparison to the world. We are slowly dropping our satisfaction in life and our traditional identities are maintaining as usual. What are we doing wrong? What do they want that have no words or idea for? What are we missing in our eclectic public of good manners and customer serviceship?

I think the scope from which we learn (mainly European descendency) is beginning to see the first steps of monoculturalism and want to reinforce a life support in happiness to shape a new culture of the future. But, what is it?

I just want to recommend Tsha Tewahsana for inter-tribal lineages and future blended ascendants of Indigenous perspectives to trust in individualism by working towards these goals as a professional in your career field. It is an option, evaluate your intake, and perform for yourself until you discover your higher attained purpose (usually the mid-life crises). It's something in us that begins to die, preparing our belief, strengthening them, and reinforcing old wounds by addressing our personal dominance throughout our life.

The true belief of Zero
